Jim Hurtado is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Hurtado Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in real estate, facilities, construction, and capital project delivery.
Throughout his career, Jim has led multimillion-dollar capital programs totaling more than 20 million square feet of facilities and real estate projects, corporate relocations, workplace transformations, mergers and acquisitions integration, lease negotiations, site selection initiatives, and design-build developments.
His experience spans commercial real estate, financial services, healthcare, technology infrastructure, mixed-use developments, and high-end residential construction.
